Monday Rewind: Don’t Quit Just Because It’s Hard

Episode Summary

Welcome back to another installment of Monday Rewind with former Navy SEAL Ray Cash Care.

Episode Notes

One year ago this month, we entered 14 Days to Stop the Spread. Since then, our country has experienced historic levels of turmoil, change, and challenges. While we hoped things would be different  by now, it seems like our country is continuing to be pulled into further turmoil by a government intent on dismantling America’s core values and a shocking number of Americans who are buying into the government and media insistence that more government is the answer to our problems.

So we thought this would be an excellent time to bring back some powerful words on self-accountability, patriotism, and a reminder of what is truly worth fighting for - and former SEAL Ray Care’s interview from one year ago is packed with all of that.

Ray not only served honorably as a Navy SEAL, he’s moved forward into civilian life with intent and impact. You may recognize him from a movie or one of the several TV shows he’s been featured in, and if you haven’t followed him online yet, we highly recommend you do - but only if you are looking for some hard core mindset and practical mentorship, because Ray doesn’t care what your story is or what your excuses are. He only cares about what you’re ready to do to overcome those and build your own success.

Today Ray has his own “Conquer” program. He’s a motivational coach for athletes and peak performers, and he works closely with fellow badass Bedros Keuilian, who himself overcame enormous adversity and built massive success.

In this snippet, we bring back Ray’s insight on adversity and his thoughts on the American Dream.
